WE, Mark T. White, A. M. Coltrain and John P. Baldridg are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of One Hundred Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 6th day of Sept. A. D. 1886
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound Mark T. White has renewed his Bond as Guardian of Elizabeth King.
Minor heir of Wm. King deceased.
Now, if the said Mark T. White shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 6th day of Sept 1886.
