WE, E. C. Kenner, N. C. Baitey and D. H. Kenner are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.

Witness our hands and seals, this 5th day of December A. D. 1887

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound E. C. Kenner has been appointed Guardian of Joe R., Effey, Thomas and O. N. Kenner.

Minor heir of Thomas Kenner deceased.

Now, if the said E. C. Kenner shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
