WE, T. E. Noel, D. H. Thomas and Ewel Noel are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars.

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound T. E. Noel has this day renewed his bond as Guardian of Lemuel, Etheldred and William Jelks.
Minor heir of William H. Jelks deceased.
Now, if the said T. E. Noel shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
