WE, J. H. Thomas, D. H. Thomas and W. M. Ray are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Two Thousand ($2000) Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 7th day of February A. D. 1887
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound J. H. Thomas has this day renewed his bond as Guardian of Mosphy Graham & Minor Graham.
Minor heirs of W. A. Graham deceased.
Now, if the said J. H. Thomas shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 7th day of February 1887.
