WE, W. J. Davis, E. J. Buchannon and M. S. Austin are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars.

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound W. J. Davis has been appointed Guardian of S. H., Ireen, Buna and W. Wilton Davis and of Laura, Wilmer, Warner, Elliott and Ethel Young.
Minor heirs of America Davis deceased.
Now, if the said W. J. Davis shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 15th day of November 1886.
