WE, J. C. Cox, R. B. Griggs and Jas. A. Cox are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Four Hundred Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 20th day of June A. D. 1887
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound J. C. Cox has been appointed Guardian of Regie Cox.
Minor heir of Minnie M. Cox deceased.
Now, if the said J. C. Cox shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 20th day of June 1887.
