State of Tennessee, Crockett County

WE, John T. Stamps, B. H. Harmon and W. J. Lambert are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of One Hundred Dollars.

Witness our hands and seals, this 4th day of October A. D. 1886

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound John T. Stamps has been appointed Guardian of Adina, Britt, Frank and Lucinda Cook.

Minor heir of J. G. Cook deceased.

Now, if the said John T. Stamps shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.

Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 4th day of October 1886.
