WE, J. E. Castellow, W. H. Poindexter and J. C. Best are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Four Hundred Dollars.

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound J. E. Castellow has this day entered into and renewed his bond as Guardian of Joe D. Castellow.
Minor heir of Castellow (no first name given) deceased.
Now, if the said J. E. Castellow shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
