WE, Jas. B. Ball, T. H. Avery and W. A. Nickels are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Two Hundred and fifty Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 5th day of October A. D. 1886
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound J. B. Ball has been appointed Guardian of Edda R. Brown.
Minor heir of Joseph Brown deceased.
Now, if the said Jas. B. Ball_ shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 5th day of October 1886.
