WE, S. G. Brassfield, W. J. Hart and J. M. Webb are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Two Hundred and eighty Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 8th day of April A. D. 1887
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound S. G. Brassfield has been appointed Guardian of Albert Brassfield.
Minor heir of Geo. Brassfield deceased.
Now, if the said S. G. Brassfield shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 8th day of April 1887.
