WE, G. W. Bryant, D. H. Kenner & E. F. Willoughby are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 7th day of January A. D. 1889
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound G. W. Bryant has been appointed Guardian of Maggie Bailey.
Minor heir of J. W. Bailey deceased.
Now, if the said G. W. Bryant shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 7th day of January 1889.
