January Second Saturday 1812. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.

February Second Saturday 1812. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st Appoint Brethren John Neal, John Simmons, Mercurius Cook to converse and cite Sister Dorcas Constant to attent next meeting.

March Second Saturday 1812. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st A committee chosen to labour in a difficulty between Brother Reuben Rose and Edward Ashby (Ashley?)
2nd Sister Dorcas Constant made satisfaction and took her seat.
3rd Dismist Sister Dorcas Constant, brother Peter Neal and Tharby Neal by letter and Mary Weaver by letter.
4th A matter of dealing with Brother Patrick Fitzjarrel referd to next meeting.
5th Agree to petition Barren Creek Church for help to labour in a difficulty between a member of Barren Creek Church and Big Spring Church.
6th Appoint Brethren Thomas Whitehead and Elijah Hurst to bare the petition to Barren Creek Church.
7th Appoint Brethren Isaac Lane, Zachariah McCubbin, Joab Hill, James Sims, John Neal, Mercurius Cook, John Condry and John Evans to sit with the help of Barren Creek Church as assistants to each other.

April Second Saturday 1812. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st The difficulty relative to Brother Patrick Fitzjarrel got over.
2nd Appoint Brethren Zachariah McCubbin and Bibby Hodge to cite Bro. James Cleark to attend next meeting.
3rd The report of committee for Big Spring and Barren Creek Churches.
Reuben Rose excluded for saying and foresaying.
4th Jordan Mathis restord to fellowship by recantation.
5th Charles and Elizabeth Going dismist by letter.

May Second Saturday 1812. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st James Cleark excluded for excessive drinking and fighting.
2nd A charge lifted by the church against Bro. Hodgman Eatha and referd to next meeting.
3rd Reuben Rose petitioned the church for to reconsider his case, the church appointed Brethren Thomas Hurst, George Stubblefield and Mercurius Cook to consult Barren Creek Church on the subject.

June Second Saturday 1812. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1. Hodgnam Eatha excommunicated for making opportunitys for a married man and an unmarried woman to meet together and suffering them to be together in his own house at different times.
2. The petition of Reuben Rose dropt for the present time.

July Second Saturday 1812. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st Appoint Brethren Mercurius Cook, James Sims, Isaac Lane to converse with Brother James Peter and his wife and make report at next meeting.

August Second Saturday 1812. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st Received Rebeah Hurst by letter.
2nd James Peter excluded for putting away his wife contrary to what the gospel justifies.
3rd Appoint Brethren Zachariah McCubbin, Isaac Lane to converse with Brother John Harper and cite him to attend next meeting.

5th Appoint Brethren to the union meeting Joab Hill, George Stubblefield and John Evans as members to the same.
6th George and Polley Stubblefield dismist by letter.
7th Appoint the third Thursday in this month for a fast day.

September Second Saturday 1812. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st John Harper excluded for neglecting to hear the church when called upon to answer a charge that was circulating that he is proposing uncivil questions to different women.
2nd Silas and Keziah Cleark, Stubblefield's King and Sarah Hale dismist by letter.

October Second Saturday 1812. Church met at Big Spring and after worship proceeded to business.
1st Agreed to disappoint the meeting in November upon the account of the union meeting at Cedar Fork.
2nd Dismist John and Phebe Simmons and Jordan Mathis by letter.

December Second Saturday 1812. The church met at Big Spring.
