Joyce Dorene
Gibson Ramsey, age 60 went to be with her Savior on Jan.
14, 2014. Joyce was saved and baptized at an early
age. She was preceded in death by several family members
and in Sept. of 2013 she was preceded in death by the
love of her life and the father of her five children,
Claude McDewey Ramsey.
She leaves
behind her children: Amy (Shedrick) Combs, Robin (Glenn)
Kraft, Jill (Mark) Shelton, Adam Ramsey and Kellie
(Mike) Harmon. Grandchildren, Christina Ramsey, Niki
Cinnamon, Jackie Wallen, James Shelton, Eric Ramsey,
Jeremy Harmon and Kayla Harmon. 2 Great grandchildren,
Caleb and Joshua Ramsey. Mother, Imogene Purkey,
Brother, Bill Gibson and Sister, Venis Gibson.
Graveside service at 10:00am Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014 at
the Payne Ramsey Cemetery with Rev. Reggie Large
officiating. Reception to follow at the Wofenbarger
Baptist Church from 11:00am til 2:00pm. Pallbearers:
Jeremy Harmon, James Shelton, Jay Redmond, Mark Collins,
Devin Estes, Larry Dubois and Jeff Lemons. Coffey
