1. SUBJECT: The Bywaters Family Bible
2. LOCATION: At "Laurel Hill" 4 miles northwest of Rixeyville, Virginia, on Route #640, thence southwest .5 mile on Route #627, thence .5 mile on private road to house.
3. DATE: 1824
4. OWNERS: The Bywaters Family, Rixeyville, Virginia
5. DESCRIPTION: This bible is eleven inches by nine inches and three inches thick. It contains all the books of the bible, including the Apocrypha, index and table of offices and conditions of men, also, an alphabetical table of proper names. It is well worn and in need of repair.
