You are to Summon and warn the usul [usual?] Said Court for the Manor aforesaid to be held and kept at St. Austell town on Wednesday the 22 day of November next by eleven of the clock in the Forenoon and to give notice to all the Free [holders] and Customary and Conventionary tenants within the said Manor or to Such as live on their lands or to tenants to make their appearance at the Said court and to Collect and Gather either by money or sufficient distress the full rents and other Demands extracted to you and the Same to pay unto me at the said Court, and [....], given under my hand this thirtyth Day of October Anno Dom 1710.

Frances his wife of Lanhorn.
