Phyllis Sisson, a descendent of Mainard's brother, Hobert Renfroe, said that the children in this picture are Vernon Renfroe, born Dec. 20, 1925 and Vance Renfroe, born Nov. 20, 1932. Phyllis, also, shared that Mainard and Hobert married sisters, Effie Wyoming and Ethel Parodyl Phillips. Mainard and Effie eldest son was James Brough (pronounced Bruff) born July 15, 1924 and died Aug. 14, 1927, buried at Pleasant Grove, Searcy Co. AR and James' Grandfather, James Willis Phillips built his coffin. J. W. Phillips built 100s of coffins for Searcy County residents and never charged a cent. Other children of Mainard and Effie are: Vernon, 1925, Zaleeze 1927, Vance Lee 1932. Thanks, Phyllis for sharing who these children are.
