Lot #1 quantity and quality considered, 1/3rd of land to Louisa Gilbert including dwelling house, outbuildings, orchard, garden, granary, bottom land for cultivation, hillside and timberland.

Lots 2 thru 5 comprise 2/3rds of the land. Neighboring lands are M G Jones, W R Maupin and George Ball. Little Branch runs through Louisa Gilbert's share, Cliff Hollow thru Addie Jones'.
