Involves four different tracts of land - "as W C Wynn had purchased of Wright Kelly his 6/35ths and of A Z Kelly his 1/35th and (W C Wynn) his own 23/35ths which makes W C Wynns share 30/35ths of the whole" and the portion laid off to Absalom B Kelly Guardian &c being 5/35ths.
