    • Lot#2 to Cinda Blair (a mention is made of land where the widow Susie Blair now lives) There is no mention of the fraction of land in this lot but the math makes it 1/9th

    • Lot#4 1/36th to Burley Maggard
    • Lot#5 1/36th to Leona Maggard
    • Lot#6 1/36th to Alice Maggard
    • Lot #7 1/36th to Otis Maggard
    • Lot#8 2/9th to Charley Maggard

    Reported 24 Jan 1913, recorded 8 Mar 1913

    A correction of measurements was reported 31 Jan 1913 referring to Lots 4 to 7 to the infant heirs of Charley Maggard. Land was on Mill Branch of Poor Fork.
