St.  Cristina's  Church  in  Parker  on  West  1st  Street

The first Catholic church building in Parker was constructed in 1887 and was incorporated in 1892 being named Saint Cristina's
Catholic Church.  The current building's cornerstone was laid in 1911 and was put in service by January 1912.  The parsonage
was built in 1892 and the land for St. Cristina's Cemetery was bought in 1892.  Over the years many improvements have been
made to the parish hall and the parsonage and the Celebration of Mass was changed from Latin to English during the 1970's.

The St. Cristina's Cemetery information database consists of 3 parts.

This information was prepared by Ken Tiahrt ([email protected]) with the generous assistance of the cemetery sexton and may

A listing of the burials at St. Cristina's Cemetery – Section 18 – Parker Township – Turner County, gives the individual names in alphabetic order.  This listing also gives the date of birth and date of death when available.  

3.  Photos of Grave Monuments
