To All To Whom These Presents Shall Come Greeting:
Know Ye, That, reposing special trust and confidence in the intelligence, diligence and, discretion of -- George C. Postlewait --, I have appointed and do commission him Postmaster at -- Magnet --, in the County of -- Tripp --, State of -- South Dakota --, and do authorize and empower him to execute and fulfill the duties of that office according to the laws of the United States and the regulations of the Post Office Department, and to have and to hold the said office with all the rights and emoluments thereunto legally appertaining during the pleasure of the Postmaster General of the United States.
In testimony whereof: I have hereunto set my hand, and caused the seal of the Post Office Department to be affixed, at the city of Washington, this fourth day of November, in the year of our lord one thousand nine hundred and ten, and of the Independence of the United States of America the one hundred and thirty fifth.
