McPherson County Sod House - Location unknown

This interesting photo doesn't indicate who or where but probably was pretty typical of the early days in McPherson county.   Note the lack of trees! How do I know it's from McPherson County...writing on the lower part of the photo indicates it but the duplication didn't pick up the light writing.
