Whitesides, Austin S.:  Died at his fathers residence in York Dist., S. C., on the 3d day of January, 1863, Austin S. Whitesides, son of Thos. Whitesides. This is the 2d and last son of his who has been sacrificed, Austin S. Whitesides was born 2 April 1842. His brother James H. Whitesides born 31 Aug 1832, Co. H. 1st S. C.
