State of South Carolina - Horry District
In the name of God amen, I, Jacob Williams, planter, of the District and State above mentioned Nowing the certinty of Death and on sertientey of Life and beaing of a low debiltyated state of health in body but of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. Item 1ST recommend my sole to all mytey god hough gave it me and my body to the yearth to be buried in a decent maner -- Item 2ND I will and bequeath to my dear and loving wife one dolar of which I think is in full satisfation with what she has recvd previous to my writing this my will and testament -- Item 3TH I give and bequeath to my dear dauter Mary Williams too negrows namley Lid and hur child with an equal parte of my hous hould and kitching furniture with the rest of my children -- Item 4TH I will and bequeath that all the rest of my propertey both personly and real estate with all my stock be it of what sorte it may to be equealy divided be twixt my seviian souns and all so ther equal partes of my hous hould and kiching furniture with plantation toules of which I have apinted my sones George D. Williams and Jacob Williams execters to this my last will and testament avoidning all former wills to this date and for this to stand in full force given under my hand and seal this 2 Day of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Sit and the Fiftieth year of Americais Independance Sined Sealed and Delivered in the presentes of ous who have hure sot our names as witnesses.
