This Indenture made this 9th of January 1811 Between Henry Fennell of the one part and Richard Tuton and Milly his wife of the other part each of Barnwell District Witness that the above Richard Tuton & Milly his wife hath bargained and sold & by these presents do bargain sell & deliver to Henry Fennell a certain tract of land containing ninety five acres in the District aforesaid binding on lands surveyed for Francis Bassett & William Tuton on big Duck Branch the waters of Coosawhatchee.  In witness the above Richard Tuton & Milly his wife have received fifty dollars in full payment for the above premises for which we the said Richard Tuton and Milly his wife due forever warrant & defend the said land against all rights of Dower or any other person laying any legal claim whatever. In witness our hands & seals the day and date first above written.

Personally appeared John Weekly who being duly sworn deposed that he was present and said Richard Tuton with his wife Milly signed signed and deliver the within Deed for the purposes therein mentioned deposant further swearath that Captain William Owens did with himself sign these names as witnesses thereto.  Sworn before me this 3 November 1812.
