CYPRESS CHAPEL CEMETERY

Cypress Chapel Cemetery # 115
There was no description given for the Cypress Chapel Cemetery,
,Number 115, in the Corps of Engineers report. Graves numbers 1, 3
through 4, 6 through 8, 13, 23, 24 and 31 through 32 were relocated at
the New Williston Cemetry. Numbers 2,5,9 through
12, 16 through 22, 25 through 29, 37, 40, 43 and 48 through 72 were all
relocated in Barnwell, South Carolina. Two graves, numbers 14 and 15
were relocated in Denmark, South Carolina. One grave, number 30, was
relocated in North Augusta, South Carolina. Numbers 33 through 34, 36,
and 38 through 39 were relocated at the Pleasant Mt. Church Cemetery in
Barnwell,South Carolina. The three remaining graves, numbers 41, 46
and 47 were relocated at the Westover Cemetery in Augusta.
