In 1770 when Deborah was 19, she married David WILLIAMS, son of Jonathan WILLIAMS & Mary ?, in Cumberland Co., NC. Born on 24 Mar 1742/1743 in Prince George Co., MD. David died in Friendsville, Blount Co., TN, ca 1812; he was 69. Buried in Friendsville, Blount Co., TN. Quaker cemetery. Religion: Quaker. They had the following children:
