The cemetery is situated on route 108 (Capelton Road) and overlooks the Massawippi Valley. From Sherbrooke, take Route 143 south to route 108 (Capelton Road). The cemetery is on your left as you approach the town. Beside it is a much smaller Catholic Cemetery. 

The earliest headstone dates from 1849.  The cemetery is in excellent shape with almost all stones legible. There are two paved lanes and a large parking area.

The cemetery is often referred to as Reedsville Cemetery, and the area was at one time called Reed's Crossing. The three most common surnames are Bean, Reed, and Lebaron. It is maintained by the North Hatley Cemetery Association.

I last visited this cemetery in 2015 and photographed all monuments. Most of the information presented here was obtained from monuments. I have included some data from church records.
