About RG1 L3^L

The Library and Archives Canada has made images of the available, starting at Volume 29. These are all the volumes from this particular collection that deal with petions for land grants. They are arranged in alphabetical order of the person who coordinated and submitted the actual petition. A name search is provided to access these. However, transcription ambiguities and ommissions limit the effectiveness of this index if a name is spelt differently or may not be known. The following table allows access to these images by browsing in the form of a slide show. The appropriate way to reference these documents is "Call Number RG1 L3^L Vol. __ Page ___".

Note that there are sometimes breaks in the sequence of images. The image is not "missing" and the display will continue if you continue browsing. When the images were created the files were not named continuously. To eliminate all such gaps in the sequence would require more work than is justified.
