In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Wilson of Colrain Township and County of Lancaster and State of Pennsylvania being Weak in Body but of Sound and perfect mind and memory Blessed be Almighty God for the Same do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) first I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elinor the sum for forty � together with one Cow and two Sheep and my Black Mare (and at the death of my Said Wife, the saide Mare is to descend to my Grandson Thomas Wilson), together with her Bed and Bed Cloaths and all her wearing apparel with her own Room and privileges of the house as formerly and Sufficient maintenance off the plantation and her horse and Cow and Sheep kept as formerly during her natural live, and if my Said Wife will not live in her Room and house as formerly, but moveth therefrom She is to Enjoy no Longer Privileges off or from Said Plantation. I do also Bequeath to my oldest Son Andrew Wilson the sum of Sixty �.
I also give and Bequeath to my daughter Jean Wilson the sum of forty �.
I also give and Bequeath to my daughter Nancy Wilson the sum of Sixty �.
I also give and Bequeath to my daughter Margaret Wilson the sum of Sixty �. I also give and Bequeth to my daughter Sarah Wilson the Sum of Sixty �.
I also give and Bequeath to my Grandson Thomas Wilson the Sum of five pounds together with my large Bible my Saddle and Chist Walnut Table, my large pott Brass Candlestick and Sleve Buttons. I also give to m Grandson Andrew Wilson the sum of five �. I also give to my Grandson Hugh Wilson the Sum of five � .
I also give my granddaughter Eloner Wilson the Sum of five � with my Griddel and Second largest pott. I also give to my grandson William Wilson the Sum of five �.
I also give and Bequeath to my Son John Wilson the Sum of two �.
And lastly as to all the Rest Residue and Remainders of my personal Estate goods and Chattels of what kind or nature soever. I give and Bequeath to my Son Hugh Wilson also I Will and allow that my after named Executors Shall one year from my decease pay unto my above named Daughters Jean and Nancy Wilson the Sum of fifteen � Each and twelve months after that payment I allow shall be paid to my other two daughters Margaret and Sarah Wilson, the Sum of fifteen � each. I also allow my Ex four years after my death to pay as my Said Son Andrew Wilson the Sum of five � and the said fourth year after my death I allow to pay to my Beloved Wife Eloner Wilson and my four Daughters Jean Wilson Nancy Wilson Margaret and Sarah Wilson to be paid five � And each and from thence forward. I will and allow to be paid yearly and every year to the above named Eloner Wilson Andrew Jean Nancy Margaret and Sarah Wilson the Sum of five � each and from thence forward. I will and allow to be paid yearly and every year to the above named Eloner Wilson Andrew Jean Nancy Margaret and Sarah Wilson the Sum of five �
Each until their above mentioned legacies are fully paid. If the Said Andrew Wilson, should die before his legacies is fully paid what Remaineth unpaid at his Death is to descend to the Children of Hugh Wilson Equal. Likewise I Will and allow that all the above Said Legacies is to be paid before that mentioned to my Grand Children which is to be last paid. And I nominate and appoint John Patterson and Samuel McGledan Sole Executors of this my last Will and testament hereby Revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twentieth day of Nov 1783.
