IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN on the twenty second day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty two I Andrew Walker of the Township of Little Britain and County of Lancaster and Province of Pennsylvania am sick and weak of body yet of perfect mind and memory thanks be given to God therefore do make this my last Will and Testament. Imprimis it is my will and do order that in the first place all my just debts and funeral charges be fully paid & satisfied then I give to my dearly beloved wife Margret Walker the one third of all my estate except what is after mentioned then it is my will and I do order that the other two thirds be divided into four equal shares and my Eldest Son Gabriel Walker is to have his share and five � off John Walker's share my next son and likewise five � off my daughter Agnes Walker's share as also five � off my son Joseph's share for the said two thirds is to be equally divided between my three sons & my daughter except as above mentioned and I allow that my wife Margret Walker give the sum of five � to my son Gabriel Walker out of her thirds and it is my will that my wife Margret Walker shall and do keep my children free of all charges as also school them until they arrive at the age of fifteen years and I allow her my said wife the use and benefit of their money until they arrive at ye said age giving security to my Executor if Required. I appoint John Walker and Moses Ross Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I do Revoke and disanul all other Wills and Testaments anyway before this made Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament the day and year above written.

Lancaster County On the sixth day of May Anno Domini 1762 Before me the Subscribers personally appeared John Allison & John Scott the two Subscribing Witnesses to the within Will and on their Corporal Oath did depose and say that they were present and saw and heard Andrew Walker the Testator within named Sign Seal publish pronounce and declare the within writing as and for his last Will and Testament and that at the doing thereof he was of sound and well disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge observation & belief.

BE IT REMEMBERED that on the sixth day of May Anno Domini 1762 the last Will and Testament of Andrew Work (sic -Walker) late of Little Britain Township in the County of Lancaster yeoman deceased was proved in due form of Law & Letters Testamentary thereon were granted to John Walker and Moses Ross the Executors therein named they being first duly Qualified well and truly to Administer the estate of said decedent and to exhibit a true and perfect Inventory thereof into the Register's Office at Lancaster on or before the sixth day of June next and to render a true and just account of their administration on the said Estate when thereto Lawfully required. Given under the Seal of the said office.
