In the name of God, Amen! I, William Trimble of the Township of Drumore, County of Lancaster & State of Pennsylvania, being very weak in body but of sound judgement, do make and ordain this my last Will & Testament revoking all others. And first I commit my Soul to God who gave it & my body, with decency to the Earth, and after my Funeral Expenses and just debts shall be paid by my Executors, the remainder of my Estate to be disposed of in manner following Viz. First, To my Dearly beloved wife Rebecka I give and bequeathe the Sum of thirty Dollars in Cash, together with such parts of the House plenishing as she wishes to reserve for her own use. Secondly to my only Son Samuel Trimble, I give and bequeathe all the residue of my Estate (in whatsoever consisting or wheresoever found) to be Repended at the discretion of a Guardian, in bringing up and Educating him the said Samuel, and should he live to a proper age, it is farther my wish that he shall be lawfully put to learn some useful trade or occupation should it comport with his own inclination. And lastly I do constitute and ordain my dearly beloved Wife & my worthy Friend Samuel Pusey my Executor and Executrix and farther recommend to the honourable Court my near Neighbor David Scott, I pray that he be appointed as guardian for my son. And in testimony of all & singular the above being the true intent and meaning of my last Will & testament I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred Eleven.

Lancaster County fs On the 20th day of February A.D. 1812. Before me the Subscriber personally appeared Patrick Brown, George Trimble and David Scott who being duly qualified according to law did depose, declare and say that they were present and saw and heard William Trimble the Testator within named sign, seal publish, pronounce and declare the within and foregoing writing as and for his last Will & Testament and that at the time of the doing thereof he was of sound and well disposing Mind, Memory, and Understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief.

Be it remembered that on the 20th day of February A.D. 1812 the last Will and Testament of William Trimble late of the Township of Drumore in the County of Lancaster deceased was proved in due form of law and Letters Testamentary thereon were granted to Rebekah Trimble the Executrix therein named (Samuel Pusey the other Executor therein also named having renounced;) She having first been duly qualified well and truly to Administer the Estate of the said deceased especially to exhibit a true and perfect Inventory thereof into the Registers Office at Lancaster within one month from this date and to render a true and just Account of her executrixship on said Estate wirhin one year or when thereunto lawfully required. Given under the seal of said office.
