IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I Martha Barclay of Colrain Township County of Lancaster and State of Pennsl. Considering the uncertainty of this Life and being of a sound mind and memory Blessed by God for the same do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)
First I Give and bequeath unto my Brother Daniel McConnels Daughter Martha McConnel the sum of forty pounds, thirty of which to be paid out of my reall Estate the time payment to be at my after named Executor Discretion together with my house furniture and wearing Apperel
I also give and Devise to my Brother Daniel McConnel the whole of my real Estate to him his heirs and Assigns forever, Together with the remains of my personall, whom I appoint the sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby Revaaking all former wills and Testament by me made. INWITNESS whereof I hereuto set my hand and seall this twenty seventh Day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two

LANCASTER COUNTY SS: On the fifteenth day of April in the year of our Lord 1795 Before me the Subscriber personally appeared Hugh Mconnel and David Mconnel the two Subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing Will, who being duly sworn by uplifted hand according to Law Did severally declare and say that they were present and saw and hear Martha Barclay the Testatrix therein named sign seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing Instrument in Writing as and for his last Will and Testament and that at the time of the doing thereof she was of sound and well disposing mind memory and understanding according to the best of their Knowledge Observation and belief

BE IT REMEMBERED that on the fifteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety five. The last Will and Testament of Martha Barclay late of Colerain Township in the County of Lancaster deceased, was proved in due form of Law and Letters Testamentary theron were granted to Daniel MConnel and Executor therein named he having first being duly qualified well and truly to administer the Estate of the Said Decedent, and Especially to Exhibit a true and perfect Inventory thereof in to the Registers Office at Lancaster on or before the fifteenth day of May next, and to render a just and true account of his Executorship on said Estate in one year or when thereto Lawfully required.
