Pursuant to an order of this court of the 18th day of March past & the cont. thereof the 17th June then last(now past)

land of James Morrison late of Drumore was to be veiw to see if it could be split between heirs without spoiling

will conveniently accomodate, will accommodate more than one of the children, will conveniently accomodate all the children of said dec'd,

land description follows for each lot, one mentions Conewango Creek

Which inquisition was read and confirmed at the same time

Samuel Morrison eldest son of dec'd ,agrees to accept lot # #1

George Morrison second son, agrees to accept lot #6

William W. Steele intermarried with Isabella , eldest daughter of dec'd agrees to accept lot # 3

Jane Morrison second daughter of dec'd agrees to accept lot # 5

the court confirms the several so excepted by them as aforsaid, to them their heirs and assigns respectivly, in fee , upon their paying or securing to be paid to widow and other childrenof said James Morrison dec'd

and now march 21 1812, all legal representatives of the dec'd appearing in court, renounce their rights to take the remaining part #4, and pray that the same be sold

This record dated April 21 1817 Robert King intermarried with Margaret youngest dau of James Morrison, agrees to accept lot # 4(Robert King Sr & Robert King Jr tent in $2000.) Condition that Robert King jr will pay for purpart number 4 aforesaid
