Ruth Johnston widow of Michael Johnston late a first lieutenant of Foot of the Second Battalion of the Flying Camp of Lancaster County who died in Captivity appearing in court & praying that an order may be made for two quarterly payments of her annuity from 12th day of April last until the last day of October last . And it appearing to the Court on the oath of said Ruth Johnston that she still is & remains the widow of said Michael Johnston dec'd It is ordered by the Court that the treasurer of the State pay to the said Ruth Johnston the sum of L30 being two quarterly payments of her annuity due to her on the 12th day of October last aggreeable to the decree of this Court on the fifth day of Feb 1785
