Joseph T. Smith

 

Rev. Dr. Joseph T. Smith was one of the founders of the First Presbyterian Church in Mercer.  He graduated from Jefferson College in 1837 and was licensed to preach by the Erie Presbytery in 1841.

 

He was born in Nov 1818 and died in April 1906.
