This cemetery is located about one mile east of Oakland Mills, Pa.,
Juniata County, three hundred yards off Route 35 on a hilltop
overlooking Oakland Mills and McAlisterville. In addition to
Leonards, there are two other family plots located outside the
Leonard plot. Once was the burial place for Holtzapple and Myers,
the other was for Books.
There are twenty seven tombstones in the overall cemetery; eight
Leonards, four Leckentons, one Himes, one Schuler, two Holtzapples,
two Myers and nine Books. All tombstones face the East.
