Dunn Family Cemetery

DUNN FAMILY CEMETERY
McKean Twp, Erie Co., PA
This very old family cemetery was destroyed by the construction of the
residence of Anthony Pastore at 2940 Dunn Valley Road, McKean Twp, in the
late 1970's.  The original cemetery was on a portion of the Carl FANER farm
which was sold to Mr. Pastore.  The Faner farm was apparently once the Dunn
farm.  When read by Linda Ditrich and Helen Bunce about 1978, the stones
were leaning against the back of the Faner gargae at 2832 Dunn Valley Road.

David DUNN (nothing else on stone)

Thomas R. , son of Oliver and Elizabeth DUNN, died July 8, 1934 (This is
what they copied, but it should probably be 1834)

John, son of O. and (S, E, or N?) DUNN, died March 19, 1845, aged 14 days

Rachel, daughter of Oliver and Elizabeth DUNN, died May 20, 1845, aged 17
years, 2 days

Elizabeth Ann, died April 16, 1840, aged 1 year, 9 months, 16 days
Joseph P. , died July 27, 1845, aged 2 years, 1 month 10 days
       "children of Oliver and Elizabeth DUNN"

6 footstones: E.O / A.D. / O.D. / R.D. / R.D. / N.D.

In memory of Nancy, wife of Thomas DUNN 2, who died April 29, 1837, aged 34
years

In memory of Rachel, wife of Oliver DUNN, who died April 14, 1810, aged 44
years

Anna, wife of Oliver DUNN, died August 5, 1863, aged 74 years

Alex McCALL, son of O. and N. DUNN, died December 6, 1849

Nancy, wife of Oliver DUNN, died April 4, 1840, aged 35 yrs
William Edward, son of the above, aged 8 months  one stone

In memory of Oliver DUNN, who died April 20, 1836, aged 65 years
