I Alexander Hunter of Quemahoning Township State of
Penn. Being of sound mind, memory and understanding make and publish this my last will and
testament as follows, As to my worldly estate which I now possess I give and bequeath unto my
beloved wife, Nancy, the portion which the law allows in such cases. To my daughter
Elizabeth Black who has received her share, I bequeath one dollar, to my son
James who likewise already received his share one dollar. To my son Samuel
I give
and bequeath one half the farm I now possess with the improvements. To my sons
William
and Alexander, & Joseph and my daughter Mary, Jane and
Grace I give and devise the other half of my farm not devised to Samuel to be
equally divided among them. To my step daughter Ann I give and devise one cow. My
personal property I wish sold to the best advantage and the proceeds there of pay my just debts.
And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my sons Samuel and Alexander to
be
the Executors of this my last will and testament revoking all other wills, legacies and bequeaths
heretofore, made. I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15th day of July one thousand eight
