Another nice site to visit is the Benton County Pioneer Biographies. These biographies are taken from the History of Benton County, Oregon by David D. Fagan. They also have a Benton County Pioneer Database. They also have a listing at WorldConnect, http://worldconnect.genealogy.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?db=benton.
Lane County also has lots of pioneer biographies at https://sites.rootsweb.com/~orlane/history/lanehist.htm.
Wallowa and Union County biographies can be seen at https://sites.rootsweb.com/~orwallow/biographies.htm.
Julie Kidd has a roster of the 1893-21st Annual Reunion of the Oregon Pioneer Association.
Be sure to visit Roxann Gess Smith's Grant County Biographies. Also visit her Narrations and Interviews and Oldies But Goodies.
Matt Ragen has three separate documents from
three different generations of from family

Trail Reminiscences of Ralph Geer
Trail Recollections of Calvin Geer. Calvin was one of Ralph's children

I have been researching my ancestors who arrived in Oregon sometime after 1836. They first settled at Fort Vancouver, and later traded a "Tram of Mules" to the Miller family for 160 acres for what is now Pendleton. My Great, Great Grandparents were Andalusia Morse & Russell Carden. I have accumulated geneology records up to 1990. 33 pages. Also, I have photo copies from the East Oregonian starting from July 10, 1881 from the Umatilla County Library, Pendleton. The names I have found are Morse, Goodwin, Raley Carden, John, Saling, Butler. Monk Carden is a second cousin. Who at 98 is still living in Pendleton. I have used Family Tree Marker to keep my information on the family. Also, the Obits. One interesting individual that has eluded me is the Granddaughter of Aura and Henry Raley. Cozbi Raley's daughter from her marriage to W.C. M. Pruitt. Both parents had passed away by 1929. Mary Helen was 12 at the time. Individuals who took care of the Funeral for Cozbi were Roy Raley and his wife. I found the information in the Obit : East Oregonian Nov. 16, 1929 for Cozbi Raley, Pruitt. If you would like me to make a copy of my information let me know and I will mail it to your address. Other than my Information I have with me. We are "Snow Birds" the photos from the East Oregonian are at my home in Tacoma, WA. Wilbur A. Lucas. "Luke". WlbrLklc@aol.com
