Eulalona Chapter

“When white settlers first visited the present site of Klamath Falls, Ore. they found a populous Indian village at the lower end of the Upper Klamath Lake where its waters enter the Link River.

Eulalona,

the name of this first known settlement in the locality, was chosen as a fitting designation for an organization devoted to the preservation of the history of our nation and locality.”

(From the first meeting minutes of the Eulalona Chapter.)
