E. Annable is forty-five years of age and is the son of John Dixon
Annable and Adeline Polley. His wife's maiden name was Lillian Milross
and he is the father of two sons. In religion Mr. Annable is an
Anglican, in politics a Conservative and of Dutch descent.
His farm of 150 acres is located Lot 28, Fifth Concession, Cornwall
Township, Stormont county. The farm livestock equipment consists
of 30 head of cattle, 4 horses, 25 swine and ever 100 fowl. The annual yield of his farm is 400 bushels of grain, 75 tons of hay, 10 acres of corn and 100 bushels of potatoes. He owns a sugar bush of 800 trees. Mr. Annable has been farming all his life and has been a patron of the Cheese Board for twenty-one years. He draws to the Moulinette Cheese Factory daily during the season an average of 350 pounds of milk. Mr. Annable is recognized as one of the progressive and well-to-do farmers of the district. |
