Plantagenet (Formerly called Hattville)
A village on the South Nation, township of Plantagenet, county of Prescott.
 The celebrated Carratraca mineral springs are only a short distance from
this place.  Montreal Telegraph has an office here.  Distant from Ottawa 41
miles, fare by steamboat $1, by stage $2, from Montreal 78 miles.  Mail
daily.  Population about 180.
