The death of Miss Christena Ferguson occured at The Derry, Beckwith, last week.  The deceased lady was most highly esteemed and her demise is deeply lamented.

In Beckwith, September 29th, Christena A. B. Ferguson, aged 4? years.

Mrs. McLeod, wife of Rev. Mr. McLeod. pastor of the Presbyterian Church at Blakeney, dropped dead last Friday morning.  Deceased was sitting in a chair at the time and expired suddenly before medical assistance could
be secured.  Mr. McLeod and one child survive.
