Birth Notices - Note: These newspaper clippings are mainly from the Carleton Place Canadian, Perth Courier and a few from the Ottawa Journal and concentrated on Carleton Place and Beckwith Townships, Boyd's, Scotch Corners, Innisville and McCreary's.

BRYDGES - Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brydges had their baby daughter baptized on Sunday, at 11:15 a.m. service in St Johns Anglican Church (Shelly Ida) was baptized by the rector Rev. Herbert Horsey. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dezell of Carleton Place acted as Godparents.
