JOSEPH W. HILTON, Private, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Hilton, Ponca City, Okla., was born in Texas, February 22, 1898. He was educated in the schools of Oklahoma. Entered the service January 3, 1918, and received his military training at San Francisco, Cal. He embarked overseas July 5, 1918, and landed in the Philippine Islands, where he continued until his discharge, which occurred at San Francisco, Cal., October 11, 1919.
