Pioneer State Woman Dies in City Home

Mrs. Daisy Jane Hutchison, 71 pioneer state woman,, died Sunday in the home of her son, Fred R. Hutchison. 3540 NW 39.

Mrs. Hutchison made the run into the Cherokee Strip in 1893 with her husband. They settled at Pawnee but moved to Drumright in 1912 when they opened a bakery. In 1916 they moved to the city.

After the death of her husband several years ago. Mrs. Hutchison remained in Oklahoma City. She was a member of the Christian church.

Survivors include three other sons S. M; Willard, Los Angeles, and Ralph. Bethlehem Pa.; two brothers. George Justice, Pacific Grove, Calif., and Orville Justice Joplin. Mo.; and a sister. Mrs. Emil: Wells. Portland, Ore.

Services will be announced by Street & Draper funeral home. Interment Rose Hill Cemetery.
