Dorothy Faye Straily, 56, of Moore, OK, passed away on July 1, 2008. She was born June 12, 1952 in OKC. Dorothy enjoyed crosswords and arts and crafts. Her first love was her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by 2 daughters, April Wages & husband David of Norman, Jennifer Boyd & husband Cody of Moore; 6 grandchildren, Mariah, Seth, Chloe & Max Wages, Jaedyn & Brandon Boyd; parents, Eual & Minnie Whisenhunt of Bethany; brother, Darrell Whisenhunt of Mustang; 2 sisters, Sue Pemberton of Edmond, Tracy Kirschstein of Edmond; and a host of many other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Max D. Straily; grandparents, Mary Ann & Warren Tryon; nephew, Brandon Baxter, sister-in-law, Patricia Bare. Services will be held 10:00 am, Monday, July 7, 2008, at Southgate Baptist Church, located at 809 SW 4th, Moore, OK. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Choctaw, Oklahoma. Services under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK.
