Mrs. Maggie Skinner Rites will be at 2 pm Friday in the Garrison chapel for Mrs. Maggie Skinner, 70 year old, a city resident 40 years, who died of diabetes Wednesday night at the home of hedr daughter, Mrs. Zol Wheelis; 1631 Northeast Sixteenth street terrance. Burial will be at Choctaw. [Elmwood
