Retired Physician Claimed by Death

Dr.  George W. Hinchee, 73 years old, retired physician, died Saturday at his home, 1415 West Thirty-fourth street, after an illness of two weeks.  He came to Oklahoma City 16 years ago from Enid.

Survivors include his wife, a son, Lee N. Hinchee, home address, another son, George D. Hinchee, 1517 North Ellison avenue, and three daughters, Mrs. Max R. Sartain and Mrs. J. E. Johannesen, 2112 North Kelley avenue, and Mrs. J. H. Williams, Enid. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm Monday at the Guardian funeral home.

Burial Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Hattie E. Hinchee

Rites for Mrs. Hattie E. Hinchee, of 1415 NW 34, since 1912 a  city resident, will be 10 am Friday in Guardian funeral home. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Hinchee,88 died Wednesday morning in her home following an extended illness.

Born in Union, S.C. she came to Enid with her husband, Dr. G. W. Hinchee, in 1910. The couple moved here two years later. He died in 1933.

Mrs. Hinchee was a member of the Baptist church and an honorary member of Daughters of Arkansas club.

Survivors are three daughters, Mr. J. H. Williams, Enid; Mrs. M. R. Sartain of the home, and Mrs. J. E. Johnannesen, 3100 NE 36, a son Lee M. Hinchee, Choctaw, a sister, Miss Sallie Davis of the home; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest contributions to the Masonic home for the aged in Guthrie.
